Healthy Change Everyone Can Make By Dr Wayne Lajewski

Changing your habits can be tough. But it’s not impossible. Here are five healthy changes that will make you happier, healthier and more productive in the long run.

Practice Mindful Eating

To practice mindful eating, take a break from your phone while you’re eating. Put down the device and give yourself a chance to enjoy the food in front of you. This can be difficult at first because our phones are so ingrained into our lives, but it will get easier with practice! If possible, try eating with family or friends instead of alone. You’ll be more likely to stop scrolling through Instagram when there’s someone else around who wants attention!

Another way to incorporate this habit into your daily routine is by eating at regular times instead of when hungry–this helps prevent overeating later on because we tend not to notice how much we’ve eaten until after we’ve finished (and sometimes even then). Eating three meals per day at roughly similar times each day will help keep hunger pangs at bay so they don’t distract from other activities throughout the day (like work).

Eat Your Veggies First

When you sit down to eat, make sure you start with a vegetable dish, says Dr Wayne Lajewski. Vegetables are good for you and help keep your body full so that when it comes time to eat protein-rich foods like chicken or fish, they don’t leave you feeling hungry again soon after.

Vegetables also contain vitamins and minerals that our bodies need in order to function properly. Plus, vegetable dishes tend to be healthy and delicious!

Take A Daily Walk Or Run

Exercise is a great way to stay healthy and energized, Dr Wayne Lajewski but it can be hard to start. You may not know how or where to begin, or even what kind of exercise you should be doing. We’re here to help!

Here are some tips for getting started:

• Make sure that you have the time and energy for exercising each day (if not, try making a schedule).
• Don’t wait until tomorrow–if today is the day that works best for your schedule, then do it today!
• The more often we do something, the easier it becomes; so stick with it!
